working apart

Microsoft were perhaps better placed than many to embrace a remote working based approach, but the business still recognised the challenges to maintaining their unique workplace culture with everyone working from home.

We worked with their leadership and internal comms teams to create a new internal brand expression, communications and cultural framework that felt right for the time during the depths of pandemic lockdowns.

A design toolkit was developed in parallel with cultural framework and content themes - creating a flexible kit of parts that underpinned all content, communications and virtual events. Our talented friends at Never Sit Still brought this kit to life in animations.
